Step 1: First of all take the surgical thread,thread and suture cutting needle.

Step 2: Now sterilize the instruments and hold the area to be sutured with forceps.

Step 3: Now take the needle in the needle holder of the suture cutting needle.

step 4: Now through the needle pass the thread.

Step 5: Now take the needle and pass the needle through the skin and then roll the thread over the scissor and knot it around the skin.
